Likely yes however if we do not, we go to our supplier every two weeks to pickup new inventory or have it delivered, we will happily get you whatever it is you need, whether that is a new Motherboard, Graphics Card, Power Supply, Gaming Chair, anything we can do to help! A fee will be worked out between NRCPC and you the customer as to the installation and delivery fee usually ($50), we deliver 20-25kms from Wollongbar but prefer that you pick the machine up from us! * Delivery and installation is a cost agreed upon between our parties before being carried out and only locally thus far.

A lot of places, we source them from within Australia but we look around for what is on sale and cheap and then we purchase them to keep the cost down for everyone, our current supplier is near the Gold Coast, we get items shipped every 2 weeks to our location and begin building or in a pinch we can drive to our supplier and assuming they have the stock, pick up components within 48 hours but if you need something rushed it will cost more. We find the best deal for you and offer them online, if it is listed we have bulk of that computer or those items or we can get them very cheap, we do not want people to be over charged for something that they may not even use!

The $310 Deposit is refundable within the first 5 days of paying it, after the 5 days it is non refundable as we will have ordered every component and item for your order, we aim to always be flexible and helpful though and we will do our best to accommodate you but we have to set limits in order to run a business so I believe 5 days is a good cooling off period 😊

Multiple reasons but mainly we started NRCPC because we were sick of opening Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace and noticing computers and components for sale at insane marked up prices ( Buy this gaming PC it is brand new ) we would then check the specifications and see it is at least 6 generations old and not worth $300 let alone the $800 price tag they had for the computer. People were buying silly second hand camera setups for an insane mark up, and some of these camera systems have on going costs, all of ours are plug and play, download an app or install a program or login to a website and that is it, no on going fees. Buy new, get the latest technology to protect yourself, your loved ones and your property! ​

It is hard to read sometimes or decide what to purchase that does not cost thousands of dollars, and information thrown at you and you need to know what you are buying before you purchase it, if you know what game or games or software you would like to run on your computer then we can advise you on what you need to purchase to run said games or programs, even if you do not purchase it from NRCPC, ask us first, the last thing we want to see is anyone including children receive a " Gaming Computer " and have it be old or barely working to run the games they would like to enjoy playing, we can also help with what software will run if you are video editing or just using it for home or office or say accounting or tax software, our prices are very competitive especially when compared to some but again, purchase somewhere else but ask our advice first, its free, we are more than willing to help anyone, especially here in the Northern Rivers Area.

Our aim is to sell computers online mostly, and you can purchase via Paypal or Paypal in 4 or Bank card through Paypal online on our Computer pages, but yes we prefer to invoice you through Email, Facebook Messenger or Mobile phone and then you pay the deposit fee of $310 and then we move forward. When you want a Computer, we agree or talk about specifications first, then we organize an invoice and send that along to your best contact given, you then decide if it is for you and pay the deposit, after that we send you images of the computer once it is delivered ( packages with parts ) or when we pick it up ( a box usually full of goods ) and then we get to work, we usually send 1-2 more images and usually benchmarking ( stress test information about your computer ) to you and then we let you know a pick up time or organize a delivery time and that delivery fee, you do not pay till you either pick it up or it is delivered.

You can pick up your new computer within 7-14 days maximum. We can delivery the computer if you are within 20-25kms of Wollongbar NSW for a $50 fee, we will also install it and give you a quick lesson if you need. We have to build the Computer from scratch which takes time, especially when done properly and once completed we have to stress test or work the computer out, make sure it is running at 100% and is stable so that way you encounter no problems when you receive your Computer. We then install software and drivers to make every component work and work well, including bios updates, other boring tasks we wont bother you with, either way it will be working 100% when you have your Computer and that is because the time was taken to everything properly and not rushed.

Yes, we offer specific Warranty to every different machine we build and sell, most of our machines come with 6-12 months Warranty, some come with 2 years it all depends on the components we use to build the computer, some new components or each general component will have 2+ year Warranty's on them as they are purchased and some components have 3-4-5 years Warranty. Keep the boxes we give you when you purchase safe, incase we need them for Warranty later down the track, if shipped we will store the boxes for you for the Warranty period with the Serial Numbers tracked on a computer so that we can make sure it is the correct component and is covered, even if collected we still record all Serial Numbers so no one can swap any parts in and out.

Locally yes for a small fee we deliver around the Wollongbar, Northern Rivers Region, otherwise no, we are working on securing a shipping company currently!

Yeah, we can definitely try, if we cannot we will do our utmost best to remove the hard drive or save precious data, photos, images, work stuff for you to a USB :)
